I went to work on Monday with Mary's Obituary in tow, straight to the treatment, candle a glow. I asked God for guidance, I ask for strength, I asked for breath, Mary's breath, and flexibility without strain. To you my friend LaGenia and Mary, I dedicate my Elements Wellness Classes to you.Designed on this day in memory of you Mary. Love, Cindy Spake

Mary's passing has changed my life.

I've been crying a bit each day. What else can I do? I keep forgetting and then remembering that this has happened.

I feel stronger. I feel like a part of her is inside me showing me how to love everyone more, showing me how to be a better person, a better friend.

I feel softer. I feel more alive with love.

I miss her so much already but I have to admit that I do feel her all around me and it almost feels like she's with me all day now.

love,
alex
